Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our store is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Our store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
